last friday, i'm stil worried about my own ability to lead out a team...when i jz reach ther,they were starting the meeting n briefing wif all the group leader...after the briefing,i went bak to my own group n start introducing myself to the new team member....after finishing the introducing wif them,we started to do our things....we r the first group to finish among so mani group bcoz our job before the camp start our job is the less....we sat down n started to chat n noe more about each other....on tat night we sleep around 2.00a.m...OMG....it rains during the midnight n it was damn cold n i almost freeze up bcoz the blanket was so thin....
As the 2nd day comes,we checked out once again before the campers arrived....all the campers arrived around 12p.m....as i noe early,we need to do introduce ourself by "catwalk"......OMG....i was lack of confidence to do tat but luckily i conquer n i think i do it quite well...haha.....after finishing the dinner,i i went out to john's bfday party....some of them said they wanna follow us to john bfday but i dun think they can get the approval from the president....after finishing john;s bfday party, i quickly went bak to the camp....haha....something tat i din anticipate happened...the few of the girls provoke me...they dun ever heed my instruction n i knew wat happened la....i'm thinking hw m i going to solve tiz problem bcoz ther will b few more days the camp to go....we have an meeting to review the camp flow....after the meeting end,it was almost 2.00a.m n i convene them....i talk wif them n i ask y they were dissatisfied wif me....luckily they were not veli persistent n we make an apology to each other....after i went bak to my room n i started to think n asking myself: should i quit n go bak home in the morning??bcoz mani mani problem coming to me n still i cant cooperate wif my team member...I was thinking y should i b so exhausting??I reali wanna give up...haha....tell u guys 1 more secret, i cry bcoz of those kind of problem...haha...
After sleeping for 3 hours, i woke up n started to help in the kitchen in 5.30a.m....i never even help in the kitchen for my life....tiz was my first time....haha....after finishing cooking the breakfast....mayb my team member was to sleepy....at first we plan to woke up at 5.30a.m.....but they din wake up ger....they woke up aound 6.30a.m n we start distributing the food into individual set...after a short break for 3 hours, we hv 2 start to help out in the kitchen again...after finishing lunch,n i help out the other group to prepare for the station game...haha....while the few of the girls use the ballon n make me wet,haha...i took out the water pipe n make them wet....haha...when the station game finish n we quickly change out wif the dry attire n started to prepare the dinner for them...damn tired...something unexpected happened again...the MC arrange the time wrongly n make us flurry.....i oso wanna thx those who hv gv their opinion to me to slove tiz mess...luckily i pass tiz difficulty....we have an meeting at night n end around 2.00a.m....
Again i sleep for 3 hours again, i woke up again n help to prepare breakfast...i help out in the station game n bcame the game master in one of the station...after finishing the game section,i quickly went bak 2 the kitchen...after resing for 1 hour,we hv 2 prepare for our dinner...bcoz they wanna eat salad,we hv prepare more ingredient for it....i start doing work frm 3.00p.m to 7.00p.m.....my leg almost deformitty.....
Finally, it came to the last day....all of them cant wake up by time including me....luckily Ah Liang our president woke me up....thx ar...if nt the chef will scold me ar....i get the best award among all the group....finaly,the camp came to an end...lastly i would like to thx hai xin,ching wen,jia min,eric n whoever help me in tiz camp...THX ALOT
